Aromatic Cocktail Bitters
Jasmine, Lime & Herbs from Thailand
Half fill a high ball glass with ice. Top with a squeezed wedge of lime and fresh basil, coriander and mint leaves. Splash 20ml Nectar of Kola, 20ml Nectar of Lemon & a generous dash of Essence of Siam. Fill to brim with sparkling water.
